As the facilities and build-out of our high-bay laboratory space continues, we’re bringing online high priority systems so that our current projects are not delayed. We have localized facility hook-ups for now as we plan and organize the full layout of the electrical, water, and compressed air connections.
We completed a quick-turn project to provide a controller and HMI for a vacuum oven used by a large international manufacturer. The oven is a follow-on order to an existing system delivered over 4 years ago. This first oven used proprietary software that is no longer available, so a fresh start was needed. Buildout of our high bay space is nearly complete. New paint, racks, and floors. We will continue to improve this space with a clean room, workshop and assembly areas over the coming weeks.
Malachite Technologies is excited to announce that we have finalized terms on a 6000 sqft facility in San Francisco’s Bayshore neighborhood. The space will enable us to expand our operations and enhance our ability to better serve our customers. Look for updates as we build out the space.
Modifications to one of our internal research systems is underway as we are expecting delivery of several new plasma sources. Here you can see a rail transfer system able to move substrates in and out of the deposition zone and a carbon-carbon heater element for heating substrates to >900C.
